DO YOU RENT BIKES?

Yes, Single speeds are $5 per hour or $20 per day  and multi-speeds are $10 per hour or $30 per day (till closing)

DO YOU FIX BIKES?

Yes, we have a full service shop for repairs and customization.

DO YOU SELL BIKES?

Yes, we often sell off last seasons rental bikes or other used bikes in compliance with the City of Portland’s Revenue Bureau with a Second Hand dealers permit.

CAN I KEEP MY BIKE AFTER THE TOUR?

Yes, it’s just $10 keep your bike for the rest of the day after a tour if you want to keep riding.

HOW LONG ARE THE TOURS?

Most City Tours are about two hours long. Regional Tours including trips to the Columbia Gorge or Wine Country include van shuttle time and are approximately Five hours in length.

WHERE DO YOU RIDE?

Our tours include riding in Portland’s residential neighborhoods and exploring the city streets and urban core. Regional Tours include trips to the Columbia Gorge, Willamette Valley Wine Country, Oregon Coast and various Mt. Bike terrain.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

117 NW 2nd Ave. Portland Oregon, 97209   This is across the street from Oregon Leather, near the corner of NW 2nd and NW Couch Avenues in Downtown Portland, Oregon

HOW FIT DO I HAVE TO BE?

Tours are fairly casual and we ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one gets left behind. Participants should have some cardiovascular stamina and be able to exercise a moderate amount.

CAN I ALSO RENT A BIKE RACK FOR RENTAL CAR?

Yes. We have one bike rack that goes on the back of a sedan style car (must have trunk lid) that holds two bikes, and one Yakima bike rack that holds 4 bikes that attaches to a tow hitch receiver.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

We ride rain or shine unless it is really nasty ( Oregon standards ) and provide rain pants and jackets from brands including: patagoinia, REI, Gore Tex, and more. We also provide bikes that are equipped with full fenders.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Rental and Tour reservations require a 25% retainer payment if not paid in full. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and require at Least 24 hour notice to issue a full refund. This enables us to schedule guides and staff.

HOW MANY MILES DO WE RIDE ON THE TOUR?

Most City Tours are 10-12 miles and Regional Tours range from 10-30. Longer tours and higher mile counts are available by request.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Yes!. Please contact us to purchase a gift certificate that is redeemable for an entire year. Certificates can be used for tours, rentals, or bike service/ accessories.

DO YOU HAVE CHILD TRAILERS OR TAG-ALONGS?

Yes, we have both child trailers ( for ages 1-4 ) and tag- along style “third wheel” attachments ( for ages 4-7 )

DO YOU HAVE KIDS BIKES?

Unfortunately we do not have any kids bikes at this time.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE A TOUR?

For larger parties a two week advance is preferable, although we remain flexible and can usually get something together on a short notice. Our business is seasonal though and things get busy in the summer. For smaller parties, a few days to a week is preferable, but you can always inquire about tours that are going out today or tomorrow!

DO YOU HAVE LARGE GROUP DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount for groups of 10 or more.
