Included Gear

All of our bike tours  include bike rental and helmet at no extra charge.

All of our rentals include helmets, locks and if renting overnight, lights.

Keep the Bikes!

Tour participants can keep riding for $10 till closing and $20 for 24 hrs.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for all cancellations.  Cancellations inside 48 hours will not be refunded.

Reservations

Full payment required for reservations.

• Solo reservations – There is an additional $10 charge to run a tour if you are the only guest registered on the day of the tour.

• Minimum length for Bike Rental reservations is the day rate.

• We require a minimum of 24 hours advance to book a tour online. Please call us at 503 360 6815 to inquire about last-minute bookings.

What if it rains?

All Tours and Rentals are Rain or Shine. Welcome to Oregon!  We have rain gear to loan and our multi-speed bikes are equipped with fenders.  If the weather is so bad that it is not safe to ride, then the tour will be cancelled and refunds issued. If it begins raining during the tour and the group chooses to return to the shop, we can offer a refund depending on how long you were out. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Portland Bike Tours and Rentals.
