Join us as we ride from the beautiful community of Cascade Locks to the panoramic Crown Point during Sternwheeler Days.
A 15 mile Family Ride option & a 50 mile Challenge Ride option, which both start and end at Cascade Locks – Marine Park. Along the 50 mile Challenge route, you will be in the midst of the most gorgeous section of roadway in Oregon, passing by notable falls such as Horsetail Falls, Oneonta Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, Latourell Falls, and Multnomah Falls. After the climb up to Crown Point, you’ll be able to recharge and soak in the views before returning down the Historic Highway back to Cascade Locks.
This 15-mile Family Ride route begins along the scenic Historic Columbia River Highway State Trail. The Trail is closed to all motorized vehicles. On the scenic trail riders will pass by Bonneville Dam and Eagle Creek. At Bonneville Dam, be prepared for an extended family ride section in the Fish Hatchery and a rest area with beautiful views of the Bonneville Dam. Here you will rest and soak in the sun before returning to Cascade Locks for lunch at Marine Park.
