Cancellations (Regular Tours/Rentals)
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your departure date and are refunded in full. Cancellations (and bookings) made inside of 24 hours of departure date cannot be refunded, altered, or exchanged.
Cancellations (Private/Custom Tours)
Cancellations for specially scheduled private departures & custom tours not open to the public are accepted up to 7 days prior to your departure date and are refunded in full. Cancellations (and bookings) made inside of 7 days cannot be refunded, altered, or exchanged.
All tours and rentals depart rain or shine year round. You will be notified at least 1 hour prior to your departure via email or phone if your tour is cancelled due to unsafe riding conditions (Portland standards), otherwise please plan accordingly for your departure. (Free rain gear & accessories are provided for all tours, all tour bikes equipped with full fenders)
We would like to remind our guests that we are not able to offer refund exceptions to clients that book for intended travel to Portland, ME. Our website clearly states on all pages that we are located in Portland, OR (our only location). Our location is also stated in the itinerary sent with each booking confirmation. It is the travelers responsibility to check that excursion details are correct prior to booking. Reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours from departure are still fully refundable through our standard cancellation policy.
Please refer to your booking confirmation regarding when you need to arrive for your tour. (usually ~15 minutes prior to departure) Participants that arrive at, or after their departure time may not be allowed to participate, and are not eligible for a refund.
Full payment required at time of booking for all reservations.
• Minimum length for Bike Rental reservations is our day rate, or “Till Close”. If you prefer to take advantage of our hourly rates, we happily accept walkups on a first come first serve basis.
• Though reservations are strongly encouraged, we gladly accept walk-up/phone bookings for our Essential Portland, Brews Cruise, and Foodie Fieldtrip tours. Please call us at 844 PDX BIKE (844 739 2453) to inquire about last-minute bookings, or availabilities.
Overnight rentals must be stored inside a domicile. (hotel room/concierge closet, living room, etc) A shared bike room is not considered a safe location.

Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Product must be unused and have all original packaging, including receipt. All sales of display items, and used merchandise are final and sold “as is”.
Used Bicycle Returns
Used bicycles are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return. Used bicycles are tuned to their best condition before being sold, and are never sold with known structural/critical defects. Buyers are encouraged to test ride thoroughly before purchasing.
