When you bring your bike to us for service or customization, you can expect a thorough and honest assessment whether you need a small adjustment, regular maintenance, or a complete overhaul.
Small deposit required for estimates stored at shop, service work is charged at time of pick-up.
Check frame and moving parts for safety and functionality, light adjustment of brakes and gears, light truing of front and back wheel, tire top off and chain lube.
Disassemble drive train and clean in solvent, clean bike, clean and inspect all bearings surfaces and repack with Phil Wood grease, full wheel true, full adjustment of brakes and gears, lubricate cables and pivot points on brakes, align drop-outs, check and align fork and frame, grease stem, seatpost and pedal thread, top off tires and tension check all nuts and bolts to factory spec, and test ride.
Clean bike, adjust bottom bracket, headset, and hubs, light wheel truing, adjust gears and brakes, lube pivot points and cables on brakes, align drop-outs, check frame for alignment, grease seat post, stem and pedal threads, tighten all nuts and bolts, top off tires and test ride.
Single Speed Tune-Up
Identical to regular tune-up minus the gear adjustment.
Remove drive train and clean in solvent, clean bike, adjust bottom bracket, hubs, and headset, full wheel truing, dial in gears and brakes, lube pivot points on brakes and cables, align drop-outs, check frame for alignment, grease seat post, stem and pedal threads, tighten all nuts and bolts, polish frame, top off tires and test ride.
Single Speed Overhaul
Identical to “The overhaul” minus the gear adjustment.
